One of Find Your Grind’s main focus areas is self-discovery. Our unique curriculum and product guides and supports students as they take a look at who they are and what they want in life. They are provided opportunities to discover who they are, what they value, what their skills and talents are, and what kind of life they want to lead.
Inspired by this same idea, Find Your Grind has put together a world-class panel to present at this year’s SXSW EDU conference in Austin, TX. The 3-person panel will discuss their own opinions and experiences on the importance of self-discovery for students and the transformative impact it can bring.
The panel consists of:

- Dr. Rudy Crew: Former chancellor of New York City Public Schools and superintendent of Miami-Dade County Public Schools
- Tamara Gilbert: Lead Business Planner for General Motors, Find Your Grind Mentor, and fierce advocate for women in manufacturing
